Sports Performance

The Academy’s sports performance training focuses on the fundamentals that are needed for every sport; speed, agility and power. Using state -of-the-art equipment, technology and sports knowledge, The Academy has created a one of a kind training program.
Each athlete will get the individual attention needed to set goals and surpass them. With our advance knowledge of biomechanics we teach the proper movements needed on and off the field. The Academy trainers specialize in postural assessments and corrective exercises. Also offering dynamic warm-ups and stretches, we focus on injury prevention to keep all of our athletes healthy and game ready.
Sports performance classes are available 6 days per week.
